This 83+ year old Item is rated Near Mint / Very Fine+. Light aging throughout. Small wrinkle - bottom margin. No natural defects. No surface rub. No tears. No water damage. There are very minor red ink marks near the top title. There is also some extremely light bleed through from opposite side of ad.
