"The Sioux Were Once Lords of the West"
This is an original 1928 color print of a line of Sioux Indians in their traditional garb. The Sioux resisted the encroachment of the United States Government and military aggressively, attempting to maintain their lands in Minnesota, the Dakotas, and Montana. The remnants of this once mighty tribe now fight just as hard, only instead of the bow and arrow they have the picket sign, and instead of brutally and heroically defending their homes from a foreign invader, they sit outside Washington Redskins Football games.
