This is an original 1928 tipped-in black and white photogravure of an etching by the British artist, Sir Henry George "Harry" Rushbury (1889-1968) of the members of the Italian political organization that controlled Italy under the dictatorship of Benito Mussolini marching into the Piazza del Popolo in Rome.
