This is an original 1929 black and white halftone print of an ancient Greek statue of a head of a youth (Ephebe). Note the carefully placed hairs within the young man's hairstyle. It is said that the Persians of Thermopylae were shocked at the amount of time and care the Spartans spent on their hair.
