This is an original 1930 black and white print ad for the Old Virginia Brick Company of Salem, Virginia. This particular ad features images of the Old Brandon near Petersburg, Virginia, which plans Thomas Jefferson drew. The historic house dates back to 1616, when the plantation was part of a grant made to Captain John Martin (comrade of John Smith).
