This is an original 1930 black and white halftone print of buildings in the city of Charlottetown which is the capital of Prince Edward Island, Canada. It was founded in 1720 and was originally named Port La Joye. In 1855, it was renamed after Queen Charlotte, wife of George III of the United Kingdom.
