This is an original 1931 two-color collotype of detail from the Maestrà altarpiece, which was originally painted by Italian medieval artist Ducci Di Buoninsegna and hung in the Siena Cathedral in Italy for centuries. This panel depicts Christ being laid to rest in his tomb, with his mother Mary kissing her son goodbye.
