This is an original 1931 black and white halftone print of the housing project designed by Dutch architect Jacobus Johannes Oud, who was a follower of the De Stijl movement. Designed to be both cost-effective and aesthetically-pleasing, his homes were simple, clean, and were able to convey that sense of privacy and ownership without adding too much to the pricetag.
