This is an original 1933 halftone print of a fashionable lady dressed and undressed. The caption writes, "Although the female of the species is no prey to 'natural' baldness, the wigmaker's clientele is three parts woman to one part man. Most men, after a hopeful dip the expansive sea of tonics (wholesale value, 1931, was $4,300,000), are likely to join, at least in spirit, the Bald Head Club of America, which calls itself America's Jolliest Club."
