This is an original 1934 black and white print ad for Marshall Field and Company, the famous Chicago department store with a map drawn by Tony Sarg of the north section of the Century of Progress Exposition. The Century of Progress was a World's Fair held in Chicago from 1933 to 1934 to celebrate the city's centennial.
