This is an original 1935 black and white print ad for Pfaudler Glass-Lined Steel Equipment from the Pfaulder Co. located in Rochester, New York. This ad has a beautiful illustration of a chef. The artist uses two different styles that work well for this piece. The background food has a heavy contour which makes it more flat, yet has slight shading. The chef himself doesn't have that thick contour line, it is much softer and the shading is more delicate.
