"Portrait of Eugenia Martínez Vallejo, La Monstrua"

This is an original 1937 black and white photogravure of a Baroque painting by Juan Carreño de Miranda that portrayed an obese child named Eugenia Martínez Vellejo, (nicknamed "La Monstrua" or "The Monster") who was brought in by the Spanish royal family in the 1680's for their amusement. But it only gets worse. Apparently the artist painted yet another portrait of young Eugenia, only in that painting - she was nude.
