This is an original 1939 halftone print featuring an image of the Saint Peter's Catholic church of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Reverend Patrick O'Kelley became the first resident pastor in the St. Peter's church.

St. Peter's church was the first Catholic church in Milwaukee built in 1839. The St. Peter church is now located on the Crossroads Village of the Old World Wisconsin in Eagle, Wisconsin.

The World Wisconsin is the Midwest's largest outdoor living history museum, and is owned and operated by the Wisconsin Historical Society. The museum was opened to the public as the bicentennial project of the State of Wisconsin in 1976. There are about 40 odd historic buildings on the site that were moved from various locations in the early 1970s to Old World .
