This is an original 1940 black and white halftone print of actor Alfred Lunt dressed in costume for his role as Dr. Valkonen performing onstage with actress Lynn Fontanne as Mrs. Valkonen and Elisbeth Fraser as their son's pregnant fiancée in the Broadway play entitled, "There Shall Be No Night", by Robert E. Sherwood.
