Franklin Booth
Franklin Booth (1874-1948) was a native of Carmel, Indiana, prior to relocating to New York. He is most recognized for his paintings, illustrations, fresco murals, mosaics and realism style. His works primarily center on architecture, cityscapes, genre, romanticism, religion, landscapes, idealism and historical subjects. BoothÕs art has been exhibited at the Corcoran Gallery of Washington, D. C., the National Academy of Design, the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts and the Society of Illustrators, of which he was also affiliated.
