1947 Favarger Chocolate Fondant Surfin Wrapper Design - ORIGINAL PUB1

This is an original 1947 hand-tipped color design of the outer wrapper for the Favarger Chocolat Fondant Surfin candy bar. The color reproduction is particularly vivid and this piece also has some raised gold metallic ink (the words Chocolat and Favarger). Unfortunately, this gorgeous ink is not captured on our digital image and it appears black. This piece is actually far more stunning than our digital image shows.

CONDITION

This 64+ year old Item is rated Near Mint / Very Fine+. No creases. No tears. There is some light aging in the margins of the mounting board.
