This is an original 1951 monochrome halftone print of Eduard Strauss, an Austrian composer and son of Johann Strauss I. Although he never achieved quite the level of success that his brother and father did, he certainly created a nice little niche for himself in the quick polka department. He also conducted the Strauss Orchestra for many years.
