This is an original 1951 black and white halftone print of the Wellington Arch Quadriga (statue on top of the arch) which is located atop the Wellington Arch at Hyde Park Corner in London, England. It was created by Adrian Jones in 1912. A quadriga is a chariot drawn by four horses abreast.
