This is an original 1953 black and white halftone print of a variety of antique 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th century housewares and home decor hailing from the Czech Republic. The originals of the items featured were held in the Národni Museum in Prague.
1. and 3. Bohemian plates (2). No. 3 is dated 1688.
2., 5., and 9. 18th century plate with two ewers and tin lids, native to Moravia.
4. 1810 plate, native to Sobeslav.
6. 18th-19th century Bohemian plate.
7. 19th century Bohemian earthenware mug with tin lid.
8. and 10. 16th-17th century Bohemian earthenware mugs, excavated at Mladá Boleslav.
11. and 13. 18th century Bohemian plates (2) designed in the sgraffito technique.
12. 1764 plate, native to Domazlice.
CONDITION
This 58+ year old Item is rated Near Mint / Very Fine. Light aging throughout. Light creasing. There are pen marks on the print, please see digital image. No tears. No water damage.
