This is an original 1963 color print ad for the Midland Bank of England and Wales which features the Avocet and the Swallowtail or Swallow Tail Butterfly, both of which live in the Fen Country of England. In the 1960's the Bank ran an ad campaign series, the "Rarities of Wild Life," with paintings of artist John Leigh-Pemberton. The Bank is now part of HSBC Holdings.

This 48+ year old Item is rated Very Fine +++. No creases. No surface rub. No tears. No water damage. There is some light wrinkling along the top margin edge --please see image.
