This is an original 1963 color print by Rafael Montes de Oca of two members of the Cynanthus Latirostris, commonly known as the Broad Billed Hummingbird. This bird, now considered a subspecies of Cynanthus latirostris, loves in Puebla and north of Oaxaca. The pictured orchid is Brassia Verrucosa, commonly known as the Warty Brassia, grows in Veracruz and Chiapas, and blooms in June and July.
