A native of Cherokee, Oklahoma, Rogers studied at Hayel Shively and UCLA. His works have been exhibited at the Oakland Fireman's Hall, Dooto's Music Center, De Voes Travel Agency, the Rosencrans branch of Security First National Bank, the All City Art Festival and more.
