This is an original 1984 color print of four rails: the Tiny Crake (top right), found from western Europe to Japan and from Africa to Australia; the Australian Spotted Crake (upper left); the Little Waterhen (lower right), found in swampy rivers and streams from Colombia to Argentina; and the Little Crake (lower left), found in eastern and southern Europe and southwestern Asia.

Period Paper is pleased to offer a group of lovely color prints of birds of the family Rallidae. Commonly called rails, they are small-to-medium sized birds which are mostly associated with marshes or wetland habitats.
